Our Journey
Although officially established as LC Sols in 2015, our company has been in existence since 1993, when president Eric Loison began his career in floor covering installation.
In 2010, with over 15 years of experience under his belt, he joined forces with Nadège Guérinel to broaden his scope of activity and found LC Sols.
Since then, our team of qualified professionals has grown, as have our material resources, to offer flooring solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
By the end of 2023, we installed over 100,000 m² of flooring on all of our projects. Year after year, we constantly surpass ourselves, which is emblematic of our dedication to superior service that is unique to LC Sols.

President
Eric Loison
President and founder of LC Sols, Eric Loison, has over 35 years' experience in the flooring industry, and is specially trained to supervise work likely to cause asbestos emissions.
Design Office Manager
Nadège Loison-Guérinel
Head of the design office, Nadège Loison-Guérinel, holds a BTS in construction studies and economics, and has over 20 years' experience in the design and management of flooring projects.
Head of Commercial Affairs
Christian Cabieu
Head of commercial affairs, Christian Cabieu, holds a BTS in construction and has over 35 years of eperience in the flooring industry, working as a project manager.
Technical and Administrative Assistant
Laura Girot
Technical and administrative assistant, Laura Girot, holds a BTS in Customer Relations, Negotiations and Digitization, and is in charge of LC Sols' day-to-day secretarial tasks.
